The London Office
We have a London arm to our marketing service situated in the heart of the west end. The London office operates from showrooms in Pall Mall and from here we provide our clients with a window to national and international markets. Enquiries are processed; property details distributed and viewings organised to add to those coming from our local representation.
At the offices in St James's, potential purchasers are able to discuss their requirements with professional qualified staff, who can answer questions about prices, market conditions, commuting times and schools - and even decent local pubs. They can also search the database for them and give out brochures of suitable properties.
The office hosts regional property exhibitions and launches of auction properties, enabling Londoners to chat face to face with regional agents, while the window displays with large colour phographs attract interest and prompt many spontaneous enquiries.

As a victim of the slump in the housing market, can I put on record my very sincere appreciation of Justin Heath of your Kidderminster office.
We went on the market more than two years ago and would have despaired and abandoned our plans if had not been Justin’s enduring enthusiasm and professionalism.
He nursed us through more than thirty viewings, sometimes conjuring them up from apparently nowhere and convinced us that our property was indeed saleable.
Even in our darkest moments, and there were all too many, his telephone calls invariably lifted the gloom and he always left us in a much happier frame of mind.
We were delighted that it was one of his leads that finally led to our sale, which was completed today.

The level of service for arranging views, doing views and feedback on viewings was excellent. The level of service for valuing the house, the pack provided and the property photos was excellent.
