Andrew Grant's Commercial success signals time for a move

Continuing success at Andrew Grant Commercial means a move from the branch’s old Birmingham Road home to the heart of Bromsgrove, this week joining the team at the modern and vibrant Andrew Grant Sales and Lettings office at 44, High Street.

George Xydias will continue to manage commercial sales, lettings and acquisitions, with the support of a team of registered valuers, dedicated viewing agents, and the full back up of the Andrew Grant central support services.

Already with a presence at the Andrew Grant flagship office in Foregate Street, Worcester, the team focus is also on strengthening links with the fourteen Andrew Grant offices across five counties in the Midlands, to offer maximum support to every commercial client wherever their base.

“Commercial markets are constantly evolving, and although we’ve kept a wary eye on the potential impact of uncertainty over Brexit that’s failed to materialise, and we’ve had a phenomenal year in 2018”, says Commercial Manager George Xydias.

“Moving into central Bromsgrove puts us right at the core of Andrew Grant’s existing commercial business and should make us even more accessible to our clients. But we also want to take our expertise further out into the field wherever and whenever needed.

“Our expertise in the field is what consistently wins us business over our competitors and it’s an exciting prospect to be able to take that ever further afield.”
