You'll need to be comfortable taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, answering emails and responding to Live Chat messages.
Lead generation KPI incentives will be set so you'll need to be focussed and target driven - full training will be provided to maximise opportunities.
Taking personal responsibility for managing and logging all leads and provide weekly reports. You will adhere to the highest levels of customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times.
