Customer Services - £24,500 p.a

Do you think you would be good at looking after our customers both by voice and email? If so, there is an opportunity for you to join our team. Our sole focus is to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers which requires personable, clear and well organised communication. 

Position type: Full time   
Reporting to: Customer Services manager

Role requirements

  • Working closely with our sales agents and the wider client care team 
  • Taking inbound calls and dealing with incoming leads and email 
  • Making calls to and emailing customers  
  • Creating excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers 
  • Working to Andrew Grant high standards and brand values 

You will need to:

  • Have a very good telephone manner and good organisational skills.  
  • Be an excellent communicator  
  • Develop good working relationships with the rest of the team 

Required skills, knowledge and experience: 

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team 
  • Able to multitask, take responsibility and follow through on commitments 
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive can-do attitude 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships 
  • Computer literate 
  • Full clean UK driving licence is essential
