Chloe Darcy,
Property Management Team Supervisor
I've worked for Andrew Grant for over 5 years now and have to say I enjoy my very varied role. I am fully ARLA Qualified and enjoy staying up to date with sector legislation and market changes. I like being able to build good working relationships with my clients and being able to have a catch up with them all! I've recently purchased my first home so I love being able to look for ideas and designs to update my house. I also spend a lot of time cleaning and purchasing new Zofloras!
Natasza Rhee,
Property Manager
I have over 13 years' experience in the property industry and joined the Andrew Grant team in 2017. I enjoy my role and take pride in assisting tenants and landlords whenever I can although it can be demanding and challenging at times. It is a great team to work with and enjoy my role very much. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter taking long walks, going to the cinema and biking trails in the Forest of Dean. I have a 2 year old oriental Havana cat named Murphy who is adorable.
Shelley Wootton,
West Midlands and Warwickshire Lettings Agent
My interest in property was borne from watching my dad as a builder undertake many interesting and varied developments. Whilst my children were young I took up a weekend role at a local estate agent and soon got a taste for the industry and went on to undertake an advanced apprenticeship in the sale of residential property via the university of Worcester to gain an NVQ and diploma. This has allowed me to become a member of the NAEA. My favourite aspect of my role is working with people to help them achieve their end goal. Outside of work my time is spent with my husband and Children which leads to a busy life in so many ways.
Bethany Miller,
Property Manager
Beth does a fantastic job of looking after our Worcester landlord clients and tenants on a daily basis. Her typical day will include a large amount of communication with landlords, tenants and contractors. Beth will deal with legal matters, property issues, contract renewals, rent payments, legislation, property maintenance, property visits and so much more. She is currently working towards her ARLA qualification – good luck Beth!
Melissa Bridgewater,
Lettings Agent
From a young age I would always look in the newspaper at all of the houses and circle which ones I wanted which is where my love for property began. I started my Estate Agency career back 2015 and have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience enabling me to perform my role as Stourbridge and Wyre Forest’s dedicated Lettings Agent. My partner and I are currently saving to buy our first home so it’s a lot of staying in and watching our favourite shows on Netflix.’
William Burgoyne,
Lettings Progressor
I've always had a keen interest in property and wanted to start work straight after leaving school. I am currently studying for my ARLA exams and hope to pass soon! Outside of work I am a big cricket and rugby fan. My dream would be to settle in the Caribbean and just relax on the beach all day.

Tara Shuard,
Inspections and Viewings Clerk
I am really interested in interior design and getting ideas from other people’s homes. I am an explorer by weekend and recently got a little spaniel who keeps me busy and accompanies me on my adventures. Another passion is cars and car shows so I am often travelling to different shows around the UK.
