Katie Chesterman,
Property Management & Lettings Manager
With 11 years' experience in the lettings industry as well as a 4 year RICS accredited degree, property is a way of life for me. My brilliant team and I have become extraordinarily good at taking the gobbledygook away from what can be a very complicated lettings world. At home, I enjoy fine foods, walks with my lovely family and our double doodle and impromptu trips to the Cornish coast. I would love to explore the champagne region of France, one for the (hopefully not too distant) future!
Chloe Darcy,
Property Management Team Supervisor
I've worked for Andrew Grant for over 5 years now and have to say I enjoy my very varied role. I am fully ARLA Qualified and enjoy staying up to date with sector legislation and market changes. I like being able to build good working relationships with my clients and being able to have a catch up with them all! I've recently purchased my first home so I love being able to look for ideas and designs to update my house. I also spend a lot of time cleaning and purchasing new Zofloras!
Natasza Rhee,
Property Manager
I have over 13 years' experience in the property industry and joined the Andrew Grant team in 2017. I enjoy my role and take pride in assisting tenants and landlords whenever I can although it can be demanding and challenging at times. It is a great team to work with and enjoy my role very much. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter taking long walks, going to the cinema and biking trails in the Forest of Dean. I have a 2 year old oriental Havana cat named Murphy who is adorable.
Jermaine Hines,
Worcestershire, Hereford and Shropshire Lettings Agent
I have been in property management now for 5 years, I've completed my ARLA and I am currently in the process of completing my IRPM. Block management is in an exciting phase of development here at Andrew Grant and am very keen to progress this through to its full potential. Travelling and music are important and anytime I get to combine the two makes for a happy Jermaine!
Shelley Wootton,
West Midlands and Warwickshire Lettings Agent
My interest in property was borne from watching my dad as a builder undertake many interesting and varied developments. Whilst my children were young I took up a weekend role at a local estate agent and soon got a taste for the industry and went on to undertake an advanced apprenticeship in the sale of residential property via the university of Worcester to gain an NVQ and diploma. This has allowed me to become a member of the NAEA. My favourite aspect of my role is working with people to help them achieve their end goal. Outside of work my time is spent with my husband and Children which leads to a busy life in so many ways.
Sophie Alliband,
South Worcestershire and Cotswolds Lettings Agent
I love my varying role, from accompanying viewings to featuring in property videos. Around 2 years ago I started my journey by doing an apprenticeship in estate agency. Dealing with challenging situations well and constantly learning. I enjoy my job and look forward to developing in my role and my career.
Abigail Hill,
Stourbridge and Wyre Forest Lettings Agent
I joined Andrew Grant earlier this year, I have gained a lot of knowledge working here with a lovely Lettings team. In my spare time I am a keen photographer so always out and about with my camera. I have nieces and nephews who I love spending my time with.
William Burgoyne,
Lettings Progressor
I've always had a keen interest in property and wanted to start work straight after leaving school. I am currently studying for my ARLA exams and hope to pass soon! Outside of work I am a big cricket and rugby fan. My dream would be to settle in the Caribbean and just relax on the beach all day.
