Parading with Pirates!

Saturday 14 July welcomed the Bromsgrove Carnival to town. The Andrew Grant team was proud to be involved in this exciting and nostalgic event.

The weather was amazing and we were greeted with many smiling faces, in return we provided lollipops, sunglasses and balloons - all of which were enjoyed by many of the visitors to the carnival. We were even joined by Captain Jack Sparrow!

We were keen to meet with people from in and around the town as our latest research shows that average property prices in the region have gone up by 5.9% so we wanted to help as many visitors as possible to understand what their home is worth. If you’d like to learn more please book your free valuation.

There were many activities on the day including our “Guess the sale price”. In 1971 Andrew Grant sold Spring Grove House at West Midland’s Safari Park for £120,000, congratulations to Sean Mitchell who was the closest at guessing this value.

Our children’s competition “Draw your dream home” was extremely popular AND is still live, all you need to do to enter is to come and collect an entry form from our Bromsgrove branch, complete and return it. All entries will be judged and the winner will win a family pass to West Midland’s Safari Park. The closing date for all entries in 31st July.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to visit our stand – we look forward to seeing you again soon!
