We adhere to a strict and comprehensive referencing process, including; ID checks, a full credit check, and where applicable, references from current and previous landlords.
We will usually carry out an inspection after approximately 6 weeks to ensure your tenant is happy in their new premises. Our regular schedule of inspections is around 12-16 weeks throughout the tenancy ? we will provide you with a report of our findings.
Rent will be paid to us monthly by your tenant. Along with any other costs our fees will be deducted and the remaining balance will be paid directly to you. Due to our extensive checking we are confident we have very few problems with rental arrears; meaning you can be confident you will be paid on time each month.
