Alternatively, reporting issues via our repairs portal ensures all emergencies reported are called back within one hour. Here you can easily:
- Upload any repair and maintenance issues at any time, to suit you.
- Access to the portal from your smart phone, tablet and desktop devices
- Receive a call back from AXA within one hour for emergencies and urgent issues reported outside of office hours
- Upload photos to help describe an issue that will be picked up by your personal property manager
- Help determine whether the issue reported will be treated as urgent
