This was an incredible experience, we had the property on the market with a local agent for almost a year until we changed to Andrew Grant and that is when the whole situation changed overnight. Matthew and the Stourbridge team were excellent....they were efficient and extremely professional nothing was too much trouble they handled all the viewings and reported back without delay. I believe that had it not been for Matthew's enthusiasm then we could not have seen the sale completed in the time it did.....I have no issues whatsoever with the fees from my perspective it was money very well spent....I have since recommended that my daughter places her house on the market with Andrew Grant and that has become active from the 01st November I am sure she will has the same results.....Well done...you are a big step above the rest of estate agents....
